The property was spotless, the room was airy. We had a large bedroom. The staff was very pleasant at all times. The service was good, we had a perfect breakfast with very pleasent atmosphere and fresh eggs from owners own hens lovely, for example. The location was amazing and wonderful, not far from Cromer, North Norfolk, surrounding areas and the courtyard / garden. It was a fairly nice stay, perfect place.
